Hey all,
Stepping up for Kaiyo (#489) right now (offline life is kicking her rump right now), because it seems in the rush of everything happening we forgot the Vion Planter.
It's now stocking in the GP Shop for 350 GP, and will be taken out approximately noon tomorrow.
I also must give you the 24 hour countdown to total Mayday PSD annihilation.
Unfortunately to stock in the new customs and PSDs we need to wipe out the old records, so if you have a pet from the last batch then please, please go and grab that PSD. If you've sold or gifted it please, please check with your friend/buyer that they have the PSD before they all disappear.
Other than that, Kaiyo will be getting to her PMs as best she can over the next couple of days and is apologising profusely that she's behind.

To start off, we have nineteen wonderfully whimsical pets waiting for you to take them home!
If you like to dress up to the occasion, we also have some magically musical human avatar items and trunks! Here's a peek at what the shop has to offer:

We have finally opened up Gen2+ Pet PSD Uploads!
Please make sure you read the rules in the thread! Failure to do so may result in your post being completely ignored! ): Only because I still need a few specks of sanity left, at the least, so please follow the rules! <3
The thread includes all of the information you will need on how to go about uploading your Gen2 and higher pet PSDs! If you have any questions or comments, there is an Updates Thread similar to the Fetch Updates thread. You can post there with questions, or peek in to see how progress is going!
But wait, there's more!
For only $19.99 you can.. oh, wait.. I mean..
Cauldron submissions have seen a pay increase!
Every accepted design will now receive 6GP and every two designs accepted will receive 1SP! Yay monies!
The last tidbit I would like to add is a warning to not purchase anything from the seasonal shop yet! We're still working on adding and updating the stock, so be warned that prices may change and will not be refunded if you choose to buy before it has officially opened!

It is the time of the year that I know all of you have been waiting for! So try to hold your excitement at least until you finish reading!
Let's start with something a little slower paced, the new GP/BP shop pets!
It's a Maki takeover! As delicious as some of these pets look, remember that pets are friends, not food!
If you colored one of these pets, please contact Kousei (#25044) for your payment!
Make sure to include your PayPal address if you are opting for the USD option.
We will also be collecting pet PSDs directly from the thread, so please make sure you keep the links active for two weeks (at least until mid-October) so we have time to snag 'em!
The GP Shop has seen a newcomer, the Essence of October 2016, in honor of Hephaestus!
The Premium Item is the Pumpkin Pack! It is full of a variety of fun pumpkins for the season, including and introducing the newest: Screaming Pumpkin!
These Screaming Pumpkins are great for sharing a bit of holiday fear by throwing them at your friends faces! In true Halloween spirit! Or something.. please don't actually hit anyone in the face! If you do, I'm not responsible!
Our Birthday Lunaris is, unfortunately, running late! We think the Halloween decorations may have scared him away. We sent out a search party to try to find him, once we locate 'em we will let you know!

The long awaited Rare Jeweled Stave has finally found its way into the USD Shop! So sorry that this has taken so long! You can use this Rare Stave to make any of the previous Jeweled Rare species!
This is your 24 hour warning that the Vion Planter will make its way into the GP shop! It will only be in there for 1 day, so get those Gold Paws ready!

You're still here, is there something else you were expecting? Perhaps... a few spooks~?
I think I might be able to oblige with that! How about.... a Pumpkin Patch? Will that suffice for your Halloween needs? For those of you who are new, you can deposit items r30+ or pets into the pumpkins and then withdraw a pumpkin in return! You can only withdraw a Pumpkin every 10 minutes, but you can deposit as many as you want. We have tested the HTML thoroughly and links and images should all work! However, please don't add anything too large, and please remember that the pumpkins are still monitored! Should you open a pumpkin that you feel violates the ToS please report it to a moderator!
If you are feeling a little braver than frolicking through a pumpkin patch, you can try to brave Minerva's Garden! It seems to have grown quite a bit this year, and a few older plants have popped up! I'm really not sure what type of magic she's using to do that, and I don't think I want to know... We have made a small change to the garden; Now, when you try to steal your plant, it automatically refreshes the page and gives you a timer until the next time you can try!
I have one more special treat for you, or is it... a trick~? Some of you may have noticed the fun banner on the left side of your screen.. That is right, Trick or Treat has returned! It has had a bit of a facelift, so I'll give you a little refresher course.
You head on over to the Who's Online page, and you can knock on anyone's door who is online! The person then has 15 minutes to answer the door and choose to trick or treat you! If you get a treat, you receive a candy, if you get tricked... well you might notice something floating around. While you are Trick or Treating you may run into some others, this can either have no effect, add more candy to your bag, or they might take some.
Keep an eye on that banner, when someone knocks it'll do a little wiggle and the counter will update! Click the number to be taken to your door.
If you find your way to the main Halloween Page, you will notice a few other links there, those will be coming shortly. We are staggering the event release due to how massive this year's celebrations will be!

Question: Is that banner on the left my candy?
Answer: No! That is the people waiting for you to open your door and respond to your request! You have 15 minutes after they knock to respond!
Question: So where can I see how much candy I have?
Answer: You can't. I know, I'm a big meanie for this one. We are finalizing a *huge* update, and once that update is finished you will be able to see your candy.
Question: So what is the candy for...?
Answer: It will have it's own shop full of different things, so collect all the candy!
Question: Does tricking *take* candy?
Answer: No! The only way to lose candy is if an NPC shows up and steals it from you. Tricking will reward you with a different prize that you have to catch.
Question: I can knock on my own door, is this okay?
Answer: Well I don't know about you, but I know when I wait for Trick or Treaters I eat my own candy.
Question: Why do the Ghosts disappear when I click them?
Answer: You successfully tamed the Ghost and it has moved into your inventory!

Last month's turn out was fantastic - and gave me a lot of tough decisions on who to put through to the poll! Think we can do as well this month?
Well, it all starts here with the basing contest!
The cold is setting in, Thanksgiving is creeping up on the USA and Bonfire Night on myself and my fellow Brits - are there any November festivals where you are? Maybe they're perfect for showing off with your entry this month?

There is a cool breeze blowing through Aywas as the seasons turn and the month ticks over. The shadows seem to spring to life with different ghouls and goblins, and through them, one figure becomes clear. The haunting Minerva steps forward and laughs coldly as her shadows begin to dance across the world.
"We are quickly reaching the midnight hour. When the bell tolls, my magic will begin to manifest to its potential! Oh, how I delight in what marvels I will bestow upon you and the other... creatures of this world." Her stitches curl into a twisted smirk at the thought, although it quickly melts away into a scowl. "Until that time, however.. Rowan has asked that I hand out trinkets for your amusement. If you are brave enough to dare collect one of my... gifts, then visit me every single day of October at the Advent Calendar. Shall I see you there?
Oh, and do not forget to read Miksa's announcement below, should you skip it it is not my fault. You were warned." She vanishes in a puff of smoke, only an eerie giggle remaining behind until that fades away.

Hello everyone! I wanted to give you a bit of a heads up that I'll be changing the stock in my shop come October 5th! So if you want to own any of these pretty pets I currently am selling, you should buy them before October 5th. On October 5th they will be permanently retired and new pets will take their place!

Black Friday Call!

It is time.... for Black Friday Custom Call! I know I am a few days late with this call out, but things have been crazy putting up all the Halloween decorations! Even if you are familiar with how the Black Friday Custom Call works please keep reading because we are changing things around this year!
"What? Why do you gotta change everything you touch Kai!" I know, I know, but bear with me on this one. This year instead of the sales lasting 4 days, they will last 3: Friday, November 25; Saturday, November 26; and Sunday November 27.
Due to this, the customs will only be sold for 3 days for USD, then on the 4th they will be released into the typical bonus credit. However, this also will adjust the payout for bonuses. Depending on which day the sets sell out, an artist may obtain a $75, $50, or $25 bonus as well as their $50 flat pay for the set, and this year we are allowing the artists a 30% unique of their own set!

-This year we are allowing Teos, Faux, and Snoodles!
-We are allowing very few silvers! I will not be accepting a dozen Teos that only have the tails left.
-The sets should be between 50%-75%. If your set is spectacular I will accept less edits.
-You must PM me with a sketch for me to approve! If you send me a finished product without doing this first I do not have to accept it. If you make more sets than the ones I approve you to do, I do not have to accept them.
-You must also send me examples of your shading and coloring, and if you have done any previous sets.
-All sets must be finished and the PSDs uploaded by November 22nd.
-Payment will be sent once the set is finished, not pre-paid, to ensure that a set is not late. If you are late, I may not accept your set.
-A set is 5 custom pets with identical edits, all colored uniquely. Then you are also permitted 1 unique that you can turn in at that time or at a later date.
I know that I am being much more strict with this than in previous years, however the back end of Black Friday is chaotic so I am trying to minimize potential issues.
To help celebrate the start of the next 3 months massive holidays, we have some new Alternate Lines for you!
You can collect the PSDs, as well as the 400x400s, on the Snoodle's Page. (To access this page you simply click the image of the Snoodle in the Genus Guide, we are slowly working on updating all of the pages with the Alt Lines and 400x400s!)
This is also your Official Reminder to collect any and all PSDs from The Last Teo Sale, because once we start uploading PSDs, these will go away! So collect them again just to be safe!
