Aywas Scavenger Hunt, June 2010
This will be our first scavenger hunt, and our first for the year! Massive scavenger hunt events will occur twice a year and will contain fabulous and wonderful prizes.
How does it work? You create a team (or join a team) that is up to 10 members max, then when The List is released on June 1st at exactly midnight, work with your team to complete as many challenges on The List as possible, gaining the most points! The top teams with the most points at the end of the Hunt time will win the prizes. The prizes will be announced when The List is released.

The List and The Fabulous Prizes will be announced on June 1st. The Hunt will last from June 1st to June 8th. The teams with the most points at midnight on June 8 with win said fabulous prizes! So pick your team members carefully!

Trading Cards~

As someone who absolutely loves trading cards, I have been looking around at possible places to invest in having packs of Aywas trading cards made.
Of course, there are two ways this could go, if it happened - standard trading cards (EG: there's no game attached to the cards, they're just pretty and collectible), and a trading card game (rules to game, etc - of course, they're still pretty and collectible). They'd come with rare item codes too because y'all love those. xD
So, prior to investing in any projects or art, tell me what you think of this idea:
If you love trading cards as much as me and have been playing them for a few years, send me a message! If we end up going with a "game" for the cards, I'll need some help brainstorming how the game will work! 8D

Foliums redrawn

We were given the opportunity to have our Folium redrawn by our official pet artist, and of course we took it. :) Because this pet is still so new and I hadn't anticipated it being redrawn this fast, Dawn Crystals and recolors are going to be subsidized through June 8th.
This means, up through June 8th, if you want a Dawn Crystal to turn your redrawn folium back to the old lineart, it will be provided to you free of charge if you contact Luci (#16) and show her your folium.
Subsidies for recolors will be capped at a maximum of 5 GP. This means that you can hire an artist to recolor your folium onto the new lineart and this will be paid for up to 5 GP by Aywas Administration (you can, of course, pay more - but you would pay the difference). Just ask the artist to contact Luci with the finished recolor image and a link to your folium to receive payment. Then, when you get your art, you just have to contact Luci for a Dawn Crystal.
Hope you like the redraw!

Our chat room has been replaced. If you go to the chat now, it is now rather slick... you can join different rooms by clicking the right tab of the name list, or even create your own rooms for you and your friends to chat in.
Please keep in mind that we don't allow lewd content in our chatrooms anymore. Please go offsite to talk about anything like that. All discussion must be tame. Our chats are logged now, so anyone breaking the TOS in the chat is subject to on-site consequences.
It might take a little time to get used to, but I hope you guys enjoy it!
