Sorry about that, there's only so much we can do when someone is really intent on messing with aywas - to react appropriately and try to prepare, but alas we are not psychic and can't anticipate what someone will try to do, or how skilled they are. Nonetheless, we've restored everything we could (only items were affected).
It's annoying, but it's part of having a site. There are always people trying to tear down what you create. All we can do is rebuild and try to come back stronger than ever. And that's what we're going to do - focus on the future.
If you are missing anything IMPORTANT (say 10+ GP value) let us know. Post what you lost here in the news comments. AGAIN, important things only. We are doing this as a favor - by giving you back your favorite items manually, one by one. Please don't abuse that by trying to give us a huge list because we will not do it.
Regenerating items you owned on Saturday and before are still in your inventory. Please don't ask about them unless you bought the item on Sunday or later.
If you have a duplicate item(s), discard it.

I think the only thing I'm missing is the eggs that came from my Mysterious Basket and about 22 Raffle Crystals. I don't know which eggs they were though, is it possible to check? :c

I did this before this was updated-- but I was cleaning out my inventory by dumping items for trash points and didn't realize the items had been duplicated. What should I do now? Is it alright that I have the extra points for them (accidentally, mind you)?

Things of importance that I'm missing are a Shisa Skull and an MPT I bought around the 15th/16th from a user shop (can't remember who's), and sent off to a friend (#8235). I don't so much care about the skull, but the MPT was an early B-day gift so..... yeah.... xD. Thanks, Slash!
