Winter Kernal was findable as a Legendary Rare in the Holiday Forest. D: Now it's Super Rare in the Arctic?

God, a bit frustrated! I have collected ten different kinds of fossils, and, darn it, the museum only wants a melo skull, which, of course, i can't find!

The Winter Kernal in the Arctic is showing up as not caught. But I do have one already in my lair. It's showing as uncaught for both the Holiday Forest and Arctic.
