that is very strange, I just took every merchant offer. in explore without fighting any monsters and I ended up with 14, i bought the pets i wanted, and sold like 4 of them. I dont understand why people arent finding them O_O

I have IIS too just no luck ? Coz Merch offering me EVERYTHING but Sand dollar. :| Return all our good luck guys. No hogging good luck.. :|

There are only four items each in both West River and East River, including sand dollar, last time I looked (about ten hours ago?) so a 1 in 4 chance of getting a particular r10 off a drop isn't that unreasonable.

R10 items are harder to find because there are many different items classed in that category. The odds of the sand dollar popping up is slim. In theory, making it r10 would make it easier to find. But in practice, it is very hard to find. It's actually easier to get the r40-80 items currently.
