Do you want to keep this redraw?

NEW LINES .................. OLD LINES
A couple of people have asked us to redraw the orimi. We have done that and now you get to decide whether you want to keep it. You cannot has redraw unless 70% of the vote is in favor if it =0
This poll will close February 21.
Please do not comment on the new image with redlines or anything like that - we do not plan on changing it, please just utilize the "old" opinion in the poll above. Thank you!

I agree with flightless, the new one does look like it should be another species. I understand it's a different style from the old Orimi (and it's very pretty in its own right), but it just doesn't mesh with what I think, when I think of the species. The longer ears are gone, the neck fluff looks more course than soft and puffy, and the calm, proud look has changed into something more devious. Not to mention the tails... I can see how some think there's more than 9. Logically, there should be more than 9, the way the new one's holding them up, if you think 3-dimensionally. Besides, the main appeal of the Orimi is its many large tails, perfect for editing, and the new one takes that focus away. I mean, the new one's rather nice, but just not for old Orimi replacement, methinks. :)

I just joined this site a few days ago, but I definitely like the old ones more. The new lines look like a mischievious little kid, while the old ones look... calm, I guess. xD plus the old ones are bigger and easier to color. :B
And less likely to steal your muffin when you're not looking. >.> <.

The new lines look more like a Suune alt than an Orimi. I do not like it at all as an Orimi and hope that it doesn't win because oh my heavens I really love the Orimis as they are and don't want to lose them to the "ew" factor I hold for Suune (personal pref). If you are really desperate to fix something that isn't really broken...just smooth the potbelly and be done with it. Aywas has a big problem of "fixing" lineart that really doesn't need it. Also, the new lines don't 'fit' the feel/style of Aywas imo....

I love orimis the way they are. I really, REALLY don't like the new one. If this new one pases, no more orimis for me. :(

I like the older version better. There is a larger surface on it for complex colorations.
