What if the site won't load? My friend is very upset because she IS online, but the site refuses to load, so she can't get the potion.

Just wondering, is there anything you can do for users that were online at the time, but had to leave immediately after, and won't be online again within the next several hours? I know this is the case with Shez, #577, she managed to get online at 6pm, but had to leave straight after. :/
