After some discussion, staff has decided to makes some changes to the following items for consistency across the board between orbs and crystals:
The Blue Custom Orb and Gold Custom Orb have had their lineart % change allowances edited to 50% and 75%, respectively, so that they match their crystal cousins.
The Flame Custom Crystal has had its lineart % change allowance edited to 50% so that it matches its Flame Custom Orb cousin.
Please note we will not be awarding any retroactive refunds for any prior customs made. Enjoy the new percentages and have fun editing your Ara customs more!
EDIT: Now that we have both orbs and crystals matching, let's take a revote for the Oske just in case that was skewing anything.
I'll put the Oske in its new assigned place 48 hours after this new poll has been posted :)

I still voted for Ay, because I think they belong there, but I like that you did the re-poll. And yay for the new percentages! <3

I'd still like the Oske to be an Ay species.
Reason being (and I have a few), I'd really love to be able to catch them now. I'd honestly rather not wait for Ara to finally be available to start collecting them since my love for melos died with the revamp. The oske has moved into it's place as my favorite non-hybrid pet on the site and I'm eager to begin my oske collecting.
Another reason: The idea of an Oske hybrid makes me squee. Where if it were an Ara pet, that wouldn't be possible (from what I understand anyway).
Final reason: I think a few people share my thoughts that it really doesn't seem to fit with the Ara pets. Ara seems to be a place for fantasy looking creatures while Ay is home to the more 'normal' pets. The Oske doesn't really fit the 'fantasy' idea and is more like a regular feline (which Ara already has a feline, the Finx). Some would argue that the melo makes up for it by being a dog *and* feline based pet but in my opinion it's more canine like than cat like, making room for the oske to settle in.
But thats just me. |D

Still voted Ay, pretty much what Tea said about the feline/canine thing, Ara already has a feline and canine - the Finx and Orimi, whereas the Oske, to me, seems like the Melo's feline counterpart. I won't be too bothered either way though, I guess. The new percentages are nice!

Still voting Ay. They fit with the "style" of the Ay pets, such as it is, better than the Ara ones.

Still voting Ay because Ara is more fantasy. The Oske just fits better with the non-fantasy Ay species.
