So, yes, this is bad - slots turned out to be a nightmare. For the integrity of the game, we have to do something. And we have two options. 1) Rollback to before the slots were released. 2) Discard all eggs and spheres earned from the game as well as send the BP to me.
So, you pick.

I have worked on various sites as an artist and pre-alpha tester before but before we even opened any games to the current user base in Alpha, it was heavily tested by all staff before for a few days. i think might have been a hasty desision. Personally, i dont care that the site is rolled back to before the Slot openings, as long as people can recover their GP.

I'm so glad everyone agrees we should lose everything because of a game we were never warned would hurt us. I'm so glad I'm going to be punished for something that WAS NOBODY'S FAULT {This includes, staff and players. No one could have predicted this.}. I figured it would be a few hours of fun and taken down because of the prizes. What about my friend? She just got her invite code during the slots madness. She should lose her account? Oh! I think she would totally love that!

To be honest, Koto's idea doesn't seem helpful at all to me; No consolation of the loss of training my pet to level 70, playing Bones since 11am (it's now 9pm) -hey, I'm sick & home alone, what else had I to do today- while watching anime.. Trades done, pets bought, caught & adopted.. I'd rather get nothing than a measly package to fill up a gap like that.
I just think it's too harsh to rollback after so many hours; It went wrong right the first five minutes the game was up-- It could've been cut off then, but it wasn't.
I'll gladly give up everything I earned from the game and even though that's a way harder process, I think it's the most fair to everyone.

I agree with this. Perhaps a Rainbow Sphere or something. But at the same time this might hurt people who earned the zapper before the slots problem. Perhaps those people get the super rare sphere already?
