Shopkeepers
In the tradition of previous holidays, there has always been a shopkeeper available to submit.
If you want to have one as a pet, that's where this comes in...
This item lets you submit any of the shopkeepers as a pet. You can edit the colors but you cannot lineart edit the shopkeeper when submitting as a custom. Note that the pet cannot be bred to its same species using an LBC, unless it's another shopkeeper with the exact same lineart. You can breed it with a Breeding Coin however for both hybrids and to other SCCs (call it a poor man's SCC).

For the duration of Halloween (and maaaaybe longer, but right now it's just Halloween) you can knock on people's doors by going to the Online User list.

There, you will be transported to the Trick or Treat page. When someone comes to your door, you can trick them (which gives them nothing) or treat them (which gives them one candy, and costs you 100 BP).
You can also knock on NPC doors for misc results.
If you are nice and treat people a lot...
- Shoe may stop by and give you some candy randomly
- Kaz might stop by, hate you for being nice, and destroy a lot of your candy
If you are a jerk and trick people a lot...
- Zave might come and eat half of your candy :(
- Epi might come and give you candy because he approves of mean behavior
Regardless of how you act...
- Spenser is probably going to steal candy from you.
Every so often, a random event happens...
If most of the site is being a jerk and tricking people, someone online at random will get this BC Candy Necklace. It has breeding properties...but I'm not telling you how yet!
If most of the site is being nice and treating people, someone online at random will get this Cookie Package. It has custom making properties...but I'm not telling you how yet!
"Candy" is a site currency that will be used in a shop after Halloween.

The bank changed some. I feel most of it is self-explanatory, but now the bank offers you interest for keeping your BP in it.
Here's mine for example:
"What's this I don't even" Checking
You currently have 72,218,020 BP in your checkings account
Interest
2,166,541 BP yearly (5,936 BP daily)
Also, the bank is offering CDs. This is where you put your money away and can't touch it for a specific amount. It's the only feature that allows you interest on GP.
For example: 90 day CD - BP (15%) / GP (8%)
If I put 100 GP in a 90 day CD, in 90 days it will come back to me as 108 GP. Woooooo!

I noticed all the shopkeeper .PSDs are 400 x 400 pixels, not 200 x 200. Do we have to change this prior to submitting it, or do we submit the larger file? Also, I noticed a few lines that overlap and crossover each other where they normally wouldn't, which could be fixed, but does that count as a line edit?

Happy Halloween! I just want to thank you guys for the fun filled month; You guys really went overboard with the events and prizes (in a good way) and I absolutely loved it! A lot of work must have been put into this entire month and I appreciate every little thing you did to make things so exciting! So thank you~ <3

Not that you'll read down here .... but CDs: Doing the week-long one 4 times I think gets you a better result than the 30 day one once. Oo;

@Shavynel: Yes it does, but say you go on a 2 - 3 week vacation and have no access to the internet. Than it is more beneficial for you to pick the 30-day than the 1 week.

I liked the bank thing...until I realized all my money was in the bank, I had nothing to spend on the Merchant, I've played all the games as many times as possible, and I've used up my one withdrawal today. :> I think I'll keep all my money outside of the bank from now on.
