After a long day and night of debating minuscule changes (but hey, it made it look better), we finally came to a decision regarding the melo. It's going into a revamp, and we've fixed things as much as we could to make as many people happy as possible while still retaining sensibility to our style.
Submit new Melo Colorations!
If you are unhappy with the melo's new lines, you should be pleased to know that we are coming out with another set of crystals that will let you submit old lineart pets directly without having to make them as new lineart pets first.
Thanks for sharing all your opinions, comments, and fixes, and we hope you can enjoy the new melo. We will let you know when the revamp is complete (when all site colors have been revamped). Until then, feel free to submit old lineart melos as you desire.
There's an Ay feline pet coming soon too... look forward to it!

No, I know you didn't. <3 It's just the general attitude, it seems, right now. *sigh* But I've said my piece, and it'll be up to people to either pay attention or completely ignore it and continue to moan and complain. I've spent too long debating this already, I'm gonna be late for work. XD

Let's go with this! It'll never be perfect, everyone has opinions that conflict sometimes. I think this is the best compromise...that and I like the way it looks. New melo ftw!

It's tolerable. The majority of the body is technically fine, even though the shading is dull and the eyes look zoned out. I just feel it lost a lot of the 'engery' the old lineart had. I feel like this could be a stuffed animal or something.
And I too am wondering....what was the point of having a poll?

The reason absolute democracy doesn't work is because the opinion of my hick neighbor would count just as much as the opinion of my economics professor. Individual users tend to think only about themselves. We count on the site owner and the staff to think about the future of Aywas.
After going through so many pages of minor edits (not only this one, I did another huge redline too.) I am convinced that half of you have no idea what you're talking about.

Hey I never said Slash was a horrible mod. :| It's just that, well, that's what we thought the poll was for. Do you want A or B? That's...kinda what a poll is usually for. I guess we misunderstood, and will just remain disappointed.
