After a long day and night of debating minuscule changes (but hey, it made it look better), we finally came to a decision regarding the melo. It's going into a revamp, and we've fixed things as much as we could to make as many people happy as possible while still retaining sensibility to our style.
Submit new Melo Colorations!
If you are unhappy with the melo's new lines, you should be pleased to know that we are coming out with another set of crystals that will let you submit old lineart pets directly without having to make them as new lineart pets first.
Thanks for sharing all your opinions, comments, and fixes, and we hope you can enjoy the new melo. We will let you know when the revamp is complete (when all site colors have been revamped). Until then, feel free to submit old lineart melos as you desire.
There's an Ay feline pet coming soon too... look forward to it!

It's just fine. It's a good combo of the old and new. Lets keep it as it is. Anymore change will be tiring not only for the artists but the users who just want a final picked already.

Looking good now :D So adorable. It looks like a perfect mix of canine and feline, too, Canine body, tail and nose, feline muzzle and legs, with the ears and eyes mixing traits from both.

Ah this new new Melo looks great to me :D Awesome work you guys!
As for an Ay feline pet... don't we already have the Finx? :o Ahwell, this'll probably be totally different if it's worthy of a new species!

The head looks ridiculously small to me, but that's probably just because I liked the original so much. If I'd never seen the original I would think this one was really cute, even if the ears do look huge on the small head
