Melo Redraw
It looks like we're going to be having a revamp, so we're going to be working on sketches to present before we have any lineart. (:
I have a brief question for you, though, out of curiosity.
I can't help but wonder. XD
Premium Item?
I'm so out of ideas right now. What kind of premium item would you like to have this month? (: I'll choose a reasonable suggestion from this news post and make it happen! If your suggestion is chosen, you get a copy, whether you're a premium member or not (so you'd get a second one if you are).

I dunno if I'll vote for the melo redraw pole - its a tough call. Identical posing might be a little better since its what the players are "used" to and would probably take a little less work to recreate the pets.
But a new pose might be refreshing..
Maybe sketch up a bunch of poses - including an identical one like with the reve?

Just not with new pose of melo Customs will be harder to update and new x old breeding will take 1-2 months to Finish ..... since lbc artist do all edits by hand. i swear if new melo get chosen i better not see anyone rant about lbc waiting time....... i will in a RAEG !

I am -really- hoping that the melo lineart stays in the same pose. It's going to be enough of a hassle updating pets even with the same pose. Throwing a completely re-posed melo will kill so many custom artists, and as has been stated, will make breeding harder/longer. Though, oldxnew BETTER stay interbreedable with LBC, same as the soli/reve/phanto/vyne/etc.

Giving the Melo a new pose is a bad idea, in my opinion. Personally I worry that given the freedom, the artist will put the Melo in an awkward pose... I like it how it is, standing still. I don't want it with its butt in the air, or with a paw raised, or sitting down... It's bad enough it's going to be redrawn at all, don't change it drastically.

Possibly we've had too many explore items for premium, but something that 'scares away' pets so that only monsters come to fight might be cool. Firecrackers! You blow them up and no pets come near you for ten minutes.
