I wanted to give you all an update on the plushes. We have shipped approximately half of them. There have been some inquiries regarding plushes and I feel it's necessary to remind everyone that there were hundreds of orders placed, and just one Slash doing all the printing, documenting, packing, and shipping. Therefore, everyone's patience is requested and appreciated.
As it has come up, please keep in mind our TOS regarding chargebacks. This will not change, as everyone will get their plush. While I am trying to get them out as fast as possible, do keep in mind I'm constrained by human capability, as I am one person.
I would also like to remind everyone that they purchased a pre-order and that the plushes did not arrive to me until the end of August's first week.

I never personally ordered any, but I can imagine that a lot of some people's issue isn't so much that it's taking so long, more like people that ordered first aren't getting them first? I.E. Sending out batches of 2's or 3's first instead of order of pre-orders. If I got that right? Please correct me if I'm wrong on that
And yeah, you can really only do so much at one time. It's gotta be tough sending out so many. :-/

No, the major issue is an misunderstanding about what "preorder" means and thinking that it's taken over a month to ship, where the product wasn't in hand at the time of order...hence preorder.

Oh I see. The only thing I could compare it to is preordering video games from a store, gotta wait for it to come out, you just reserved your copy of it. XD I certainly know what preorder means XD

Basically that was the case. xD Preorder doesn't mean your product ships a few days after you pay for it. x_x
