Advent is back!
Advent for Goulish Gala was a bit short this year, so Delicious has decided to add a few more days!
Starting tomorrow, November 3rd, you will be able to collect one festive item per day from the Advent Calendar! Will it be a yummy treat or something spooky? Check in every day to find out!
(Last day will be November 15th to make up for downtime and missed days)
As some have already noticed, Trick or Treat timers have been relaxed as well to compensate for the downtime and bugs.
The following will remain until at least the end of the day on November 3rd. At some time after that, they will return to the normal timers. In this news post
Trick or Treat: Every 10 mins
Respond to Visitor: 30 mins
We appreciate you putting up with the bugs and growing pains as of late.

Also, Kandria has a thread Here for small tweaks, updates, and known Goulish Gala bugs, mostly centered around Trick or Treat since that is what had to be overhauled this year.
As a follow-up note to the above, we are aware Ghost Poops are not working as intended; they're deeply rooted, but we are working on making them either work as intended or go away. Please give the temporary coder some time to root this out.

Is there a place to leave feedback on changes? Because I was avoiding trick or treating at an NPC because he keeps reversing my karma into the negative, and I finally got back into the positive only for him to reverse me back into the negative as a reward for giving a user three treats, and now I'm stuck in the high negative again.

You can use the bug thread if you'd like, but be aware that things working as intended won't be adjusted; one NPC does have that risk (they may give candy, flip karma, or do nothing). They are a trickster type, so it's intended visiting them is a risk.
However, feedback is still welcome, of course, but there needs to be some risk to toting NPC's just like visiting a user who can trick you.
You can always try to visit that same NPC again to flip back if your willing to wait.

Honestly same about the trick or treating problem. Not enough people come to my door to undo this, I was at max positive karma and it's permanently negative now.
