We are still working on fixing the Mayday Sales issue. Below are the issues we are aware of:
- Special Credit is not displaying correctly and the Special Credit Tiers are not giving out the items outlined in the Mayday Sales Post.
- Shops are not applying the Mayday-specific discounts.
- Exotics are not able to be claimed with the Whirlpool Egg.
- Mayday-specific GP Bonus via Purchases are not being properly applied.
Please note that this list is not exhaustive. Unfortunately, we're currently unable to resolve the issue on our own and will need to do some coding to get the issues resolved. We understand this is an inconvenience, but are working to resolve this as quickly as we can.
In the meantime, we ask that you please do not purchase anything from the shops until resolution. Additionally, if you have purchased GP during the sale and were not given the Mayday Bonus GP, please send a PM to Kandria #293. If you have already contact Kandria, please wait for a response and do not contact multiple admin about the GP bonus.
As a reminder, we will make a news post to inform you of when you can expect to be able to claim an Exotic pet from the pot. Do not attempt to claim any pets in the meantime, even if we are able to resolve the issues. If you claim a pet prior to the official news post, the pet will be removed from your account, and you will receive a warning.
If you encounter any other issues, feel free to contact an admin or mod so that it is documented to the coder. Again, we thank you for your patience and understanding through this buggy Friday the 13th.

Hope you guys get a break from all this soon! I would like to ask: I was a bit gung-ho this morning, I bought some stuff from the USD shop and didn't see the newpost about The Problems until afterward so I was assuming all was well until I went to the bonus credit page - will this purchase still count toward mayday credit/get a retroactive mayday duplication roll/possibly get something back for the non-sale prices? No worries if the answers to these aren't decided yet, haha!

Unfortunately I'd already opened my 4 piles of gold into painted golds, but have them and the 13 PMBCs I bought stashed in my deposit box, not being touched for the meantime!

We don't have any solid answers we can give yet, cause it all depends on when we can get this resolved (and how the resolution will work out). But we will address those in a newspost once we have a fix so that everyone is on the same page.

I opened a trunk of trunks I bought from the cash shop for the sale. There were no bonus items shown on the tiers when I tried to collect from my tiers I was given the two eggs I purchased credit for nothing else, there weren't any duplicates items or goodies given.

Good luck, team! Will there be an extension of the bonus GP since there's an advisory to not buy tonight? Like if I buy tomorrow (if things are resolved), would I still receive the 50% bonus GP versus the 40%? Thank you!
