We are currently aware of an issue where the Special Credit Bonuses are not displaying properly and the Exotic Egg is being shown in the Normal Credit tier. If you are unable to claim your Whirlpool Exotic Egg or other Special Credit Tier items, please contact Kandria #293.
Addition: We're aware the bonus GP is not being awarded correctly, and it will be manually given out until fixed.
We're aware that the exotic pot is not allowing claiming, we will update with a new date and time with 24 hours notice before it is available as soon as we're able to wrangle what is causing the issue

Usually a lot of Mayday's sales are automated by the site, but right now there's a few issues we haven't been able to fix. So if you purchased something like GP but didn't get the specified Mayday Bonuses applied to it according to the previous news post, then you will need to contact Kandria #293 until we get the fixes in.

Thanks, Hiiro, for the reply and staff updating this to make it fair for all with a full 24 hours notice. There have been quite a few BF / MD events where glitches caused claiming issues. This is the most fair method when hiccups happen like this. Good luck to your coder on figuring out the issues. 🙂

Not to add to your pile of bugs with more questions, but I'm just wondering: Obviously a lot of us bought things in the USD shop (honestly, I hadn't noticed if discounts had been applied or not!), then whirlpool eggs from the bonus tiers. I thought it was odd that there were no extra items, but hadn't spotted that it was regular credit instead of bonus credit! :P Question is, when the fixes are in, are we going be using the eggs we already have, or is it likely to be a case or refunding transactions and starting from scratch? Can we use any items we purchased now, or is it best to wait?

I assume the Day 1 bonuses will start the day this is all fixed, and then the daily bonuses will go from there. Is that accurate?

Dang did the glitches all come out for this release! I'm thankful for the updates and I know it has to be so frustrating to you as well that it's not behaving. I'm glad there will be a days notice to let us get prepared for the next try.
