Hey users, I have an announcement to make regarding Flux and Lunaris breedings.
Slash has informed me that Flux and Lunaris LBC breedings weren't supposed to get 2 offspring every time bred. So from now on, be aware that Flux LBC breedings have a 70% chance of giving only 1 offspring (will be rolled, 30% is for 2), and Lunaris LBC breedings will only give 1 offspring 100% of the time.
Now, this affects all Flux/Lunaris breedings in queue currently and in the future. If you have any in queue at the moment and you want a refund of your LBC because of the rule change, please let me know and I'll refund your LBC as such. I've instructed my artists to stop working on them until everyone currently in queue has chosen if they want to continue with the breeding or not.
Past recipients of Flux/Lunaris offspring are not affected by this. Again, this only applies to current/future Flux/Lunaris breedings.

Well, the way it's worded, it sounds like this was ALWAYS how it's supposed to be and that's not the case.
I guess I'm glad I haven't made my flux yet.

So.. if we want to continue our breeding, do we simply do nothing? I hope everyone decides soon, as I don't want my breeding help up for too long on this, but it seems like a good solution. I'm kinda glad, to be honest. It will keep the flux/lunaris more limited in numbers, and keep their value up.

Yeah... we had the same with Lunaris. I would've paid a lot less for mine if there hadn't been official confirmation that Lunaris yield 2 babbies.
I do understand the desire to keep things rare, but... yeah, it does totally suck for everyone who budgeted for one while expecting to be able to recoup some of their losses by breeding. And of course anyone who wanted to do pup trades, coin splittings, etc.

Flux have been incredibly devalued. Lunaris would have gone the same way. This rule was implemented to prevent them from being overbred and thus devalued.

I was somewhat expecting this, though I definitely feel sorry for people with a breeding in queue - at least there's a chance for them to get a refund.

this isnt right i say every bred pet has a 90% chance of having 3 babies!!! (i added one ^^ even if i dnt hav a freakin breeding coin HELP ME GET ONE!!! xD losing mind today ^^)

I was told before anyone even owned a flux that it would be like all other breedings. =|
