Okay I'm cutting myself off at having checked back through 11 pages of news posts and going back to Free Monthly Customs back 'til 2016.
With a slight margin of error for typos in my spreadsheet, /none/ of this month's winners have won a single custom in the time between now and November 2016.
Over the last 4+ years, only 19 people have won more than once. Only 1 has won 3 times, and that user hasn't won in just under 2 years. (Leaving out IDs so as to not unintentionally single out users.)
I have no idea what people are referring to when they say people keep winning over and over. Unless there's a Secret monthly customs game that's not shared in the news posts, or something.
Anyway, time for me to stop researching pointless things to procrastinate doing chores, lmao.
