Jay, I went through the entire posting...and never seen where it said anything of that. I know people have chosen not to participate, because they can't design their own custom. I think, perhaps, they should of been a little more clear on a few things. The only design I could of given them was a verbal description. They need to specify if that's enough or you actually need some sort of physical thing. Not a lot of people can do that.
