Pets
As someone who absolutely loves trading cards, I have been looking around at possible places to invest in having packs of Aywas trading cards made.
Of course, there are two ways this could go, if it happened - standard trading cards (EG: there's no game attached to the cards, they're just pretty and collectible), and a trading card game (rules to game, etc - of course, they're still pretty and collectible). They'd come with rare item codes too because y'all love those. xD
So, prior to investing in any projects or art, tell me what you think of this idea:
If you love trading cards as much as me and have been playing them for a few years, send me a message! If we end up going with a "game" for the cards, I'll need some help brainstorming how the game will work! 8D

I don't do card games much anymore since I've still got a 15 pound bag of Pokemon cards sitting around that I can't bring myself to toss... I think it's jumping the gun a bit to make it a game when the site is still so.. small. That said, I might pick up a few packs anyway.
Would there be any cards that were like... of Customs? I'd like to collect cards of well-known Customs. And there could be contests and stuff to get your Custom made into a card or something. That sounds cool to me.

I ADORE card games. I love collecting cards, but I would really hope and prefer it to be a 'game'. Maybe you could even (this is a long shot, but worth the suggestion) create some kind of card game simulator for this and the only way to get cards is from serial numbers on the cards, this way, those of us who don't know people IRL that like Aywas, or that would buy the cards would have more of a reason to buy them other than for the sake of owning them.

You could have frequent Card art contests that could support a variety of actual art styles, not just clean cut professionally done art. That is something I love about Pokemon cards, the range of art of the cards goes from Crayola knock offs to Clay models.

Oh god another money sink ;_; But I LOVE collecting cards..
Though, maybe a mix? Maybe some special cards that are pretty with codes but just collectable for trading purposes and then some with game things. Or maybe something like yugi, you have to have a set of "pretty cards" to be able to play them. Or something.. ~Kirema

While I'm not a card collector, and I wouldn't be able to buy them in any case... I wouldn't want to take from people who want them just because I don't.
However I would really prefer that there weren't item codes. It would make it feel like I'd have to buy them to get pets/items that I want and I don't like feeling that I MUST buy something.
