Here in the UK, the weather isn't sure what it's doing - is it Summer? Have we moved into Autumn? Has Summer made a come back?
It's hard to know what to wear right now, but a couple of new items are hitting Trash for Treasure that covers both weather options!
Both items will be stocking until 11:59 AST on September 30th!

I'm totally fine with that top being an item, I understand this site is geared towards older teens and so stuff like that is allowed in some spots, but I also agree that it's not appropriate to have in a news post where it's not avoidable.

Considering that there isn't anything actually bad with the image itself, and you need other knowledge to know there would be anything "wrong" with it, I don't see a problem with it being in a news post. The site is very much geared towards mature users, and they'll have to see it floating around on avatars anyway (and we have much worse items onsite, just take a look at some older items). I don't like the item personally, but I see no problem with it being in a news post with no other content that might be inappropriate (for example the site doesn't explain what the saying means). I feel like it's a situation where if you don't like it you can just ignore it for now, news posts get buried pretty quickly.

That's what I mean, they click they look they like or don't like it and then they stop looking if they want to and avoid it. Since there's nothing specifically explicit about the news post itself, it does no harm. The next news flash will take them to the newest news post, and they shouldn't have to see the shirts news post if they don't want to.

This mature content feels like a middle school joke...You guys are ridiculous. The original site owner would have never allowed this and that is why this website is a joke to me now. I just check once in a blue moon hoping to find some useful changes. Please give an option to not see news posts. The BRIGHT RED FLASHING is hard to ignore and I REALLY don't want to see crap like this.

Kayu 💕 Pai (#70951) - Not everyone shares the same humour, we understand this... but Slash created Farts in a Jar, Kitty Litter Cake, chose to put a space in the middle of the word "shittake" for the giggles. and allowed the items "Boo Cake" and "Cherry Lipstick" to be created - to name a few of many things that he did for the laughs. To try and suggest that humour such as this is below the site is to not know it's roots at all.

I'd have to agree with it not being appropriate to at least put in the news post. As it was at the top and unable to really be avoided, unlike topics, I'd say like have it be there but not in the news post itself.
