Hi guys!
It came to our attention that the USD Commissions KB was a little unfinished as it talked very clearly about how to use the Commissions Page/Panel but didn't include some very important other aspects - such as the rules regarding Original Artwork, and how to conduct Cancellations.
The information was already on the Art Sales forum, but the post was a bit full and hard to wade through to find the information that you needed.
Plus if you're looking for this information it ought to be in an obvious place to look.
None of these rules are new! They might not have been something you were aware of due to not knowing where to look for the information, but absolutely nothing has changed other than your ease of accessibility to these rules.
We hope this helps everyone conducting their sales, or looking to start to conduct sales.
