Calix (#14735) For the ferox it's probably just that they tend to only accept one (or occasionally and as in this case, two) submissions from the same person at a time (counting time as a month in this case since the above are from 4 months).

We don't really restrict users on how many of their designs can be chosen. The only time may be when there are a lot of entries and we are looking to have a variety of styles for people to choose from, but otherwise, it's completely up to if the designs fit the theme and making sure we don't have over nine entries accepted.
