For a while people have been asking if we can take the crystal crumbs out of this item, and we decided that while we made that change, we'd change a few more things.
Blue, Gold, and Silver Crystal Crumbs have been removed from the Grab Bag.
They have been replaced with:
Ashen Custom Crystal, Rock Custom Crystal, Mineral Crystal,
Sparkling Crystal, Spring Custom Crystal, Fancy Spring Custom Crystal
We also made another change.
When the bag was released we did not have a Silver Design feature - the purchase of a Silver Custom Crystal allowed you to submit artwork you had created, and nothing else. When that changed, the bag did not change with it because there was nothing like it to replace it.
Now that we have the Platinum Custom Crystal we have decided to remove the SCC and replace it with the PlCC, fulfilling the section in the bag it's meant to represent.
We understand this may not be a popular move, but it is one we feel is necessary to be made.
Hopefully you'll enjoy all your new options in the grab bag, and we'll try to keep on top of things with adding new applicable crystal items!

Were holiday makers removed as well? Since they don't have a function individually beyond getting blue crumbs/cracked orbs?

ChaosAzeroth (#43055) - Holiday makers (except the still functioning Holiday Raw Crystal) were removed when holiday makers were retired.
