Hey everyone,
A short while ago we discovered that due to how the Elaborate Present and Christmas Tree were coded, they were sometimes giving out BP and GP shop items that are no longer in stock. This was an oversight due to our new way of stocking the shops, and sadly this means that some people got items that were... well, less than in the mood of the season!
As such if you got an item which is not current stock (showing as a stock possibility in BP or GP shop) and you do not want it please open the item in a new tab, and take a screenshot of the item with the address bar showing, like so.
And then send that image in a PM to me at #2775. (If you are using a mobile platform then the time/datestamp isn't necessary.)
Those who gained a BP item they should not have will be refunded with a natural Aywa Enhancement and a Holiday Cracker.
Those who gained a GP item they should not have will be refunded with a Nice Stocking and a Flaming Pudding.
If you happened to get something juicy from this error then please feel free to keep it, with our best wishes (you lucky thing you)!
PMs will be processed tomorrow so that I can do it all in one go.
Please do not use, trash, or otherwise give away the item to another account until the refund has been received, thank you!

Do the skulls that are 10% chance custom makers let you know before, or after, uploading a custom pet image that they've worked or not? Like, I went to the custom maker page before this news post showed up to see, and it looks like I can upload a pet, but I don't know if that means I've 'beaten the odds' or if it has yet to inform me.
Because man, I might get refunded for this skull if it means I have to make an entire custom and submit it just to be told 'nope, rng failed you, no custom!' ;u;

Xethtine {Treats!} (#51645) - No, if you can prove that you received an incorrect item between midnight and 10:30am AST today, then I will refund you. I would prefer to hear about it sooner and may put a cut off point of a week to report this.

I'm assuming a gold baby bottle is part of the issue since its n9t a normal stocked item? But uhm..... I'm gonna consider myself an lucky thing and keep it :P lol. Thank you luck/glitch! a heheheh

DeadRed (#70790) - No, it's perfectly fine because it is currently in stock. The issue is items that are not currently appearing in the shops but were in it previously, such as for Black Friday.

I'd received 2 paleo skulls, but I'm unsure if this was a GP or BP item. :S
