As a note, this post was originally written yesterday on the 22nd and then finished proof reading just after midnight, so some of the parts may say something about tomorrow the 23rd.
Good evenin' folks! It is that time of the year, the 24 (or so) hour warning for Black Friday 2017! We have quite a few new folks, so I will try to explain how this works in as simple terms as I can!
First up, I want you to know that a few more sets will be joining us tomorrow (The 23rd)!
During certain days and times there is a "Special USD Credit" that is obtained from purchasing stuff in the USD Shop. This credit is viewable here under "Collect Bonus" on the USD Shop page. It currently is listing the normal credit. Tomorrow on November 23rd at 11pm AST, the credit will change to the Special USD Credit. You will not see any changes on the page other than the credit you have now will appear as $0.00.
Do not worry, your normal credit is safely tucked away and will come back later! So, how do you get the Special USD Credit? You purchase anything in the USD Shop after 11pm AST; any purchases before will not count towards the Special USD Credit.
What do you do with the Special USD Credit?
This is the Splendid Shimmering Exotic Egg! You can collect this egg in one or more of the Special USD Credit tiers, and then use this egg to claim one of the Teos at 12am (midnight, 1 hour after the Special USD Credit Sale starts).
To view the Exotics you can choose from, please come look at the Event Exotics tab, found under “Shop” in the top bar.
Be warned that these Exotics are first come first serve, so make sure you have back-ups in mind in case you don’t get your first choice!
The Special Bonus Credit Tiers which include Exotic Eggs change daily. Here are the times and prices:
Thursday November 23rd 11:00pm
- Special Credit Begins
- Purchases count towards Special Credit
- 50% more GP with purchase
- GP Shop and USD Shop have a 3% chance of duplicating your purchase, doubling your order!
- 10% OFF THE USD SHOP
- 20% OFF THE GP and BP SHOP! (30% for Premium)
- Double Premium!!
- Shimmering Splendid Exotic Egg will be available under the 100 USD Special Bonus Credit Tier
- Shimmering Splendid Exotic Egg will not be usable to claim Event Exotics yet. This is a good time to sell in the forums!
Friday November 24th 12:00 am (This tier is exactly 1 hour after the last!)
- Purchases count towards Special Credit

Tuesday November 28th
- Special USD Bonus Credit will merge into the original USD Bonus Credit
- Splendid Shimmering Exotic Egg will be available in the 25 USD Bonus Credit
- The Tiers will be cleared at 11:59pm (The Eggs will remain in the tiers until this time as well, even if there are no more Exotics available, so that collectors can obtain them)
I know, I know, I mentioned a few times about some special edition items?
First up, how about some New Items!
The Speed Dating Slip works just like the Blind Dates, in that you use it from your inventory and it pairs your active pet up with a random partner! The catch is that this breeding item is Predictions Only. Meaning that it will not ever go to a site artist. However, it will be cheaper due to that. The Hotel Key is a special breeding add-on for Blind Dates, Delicious Eggnogs, and Speed Dating Slips that will allow you to create a second prediction baby for your breeding (Blind Date and Eggnog can either submit 2 predicts, or have 1 artist baby and 1 predict baby. Speed Dating Slips will have 2 predict babies.). You will need permission from the other parent and you must link the PM in the breeding notes.
We have three new Vistas: Autumn Friends Vista, Hatching Exotics Vista, and Cute Exotics Vista!
You can find them in the new Random Vista Grab Bag! This will give you 1 of any exciting non-exclusive Vista.
I am still working on compiling the full list of what is going to be for sale in the USD, GP and BP shops. To give you an idea of what to expect, there will be some rare custom makers, old premium items, old limited items, the normal Account Upgrades, and quite a bit more!
As always, the Top Three Spenders will receive a special bonus. If the artist gets back to me in time, they will be offered a special pet, Xaoc Totem, or access to the Future Custom Feature (allows 1x >50% edited pet on all genera released after it is activated on your account).

Now for some bad news... due to their queues, Blind Dates and Breeding Coins will not be available for sale this year. The Blind Dates will be temporarily removed from the shop during this sale. I apologize for the inconvenience this may pose.
Sketch Breeding Coins will remain in the shop, however I do want to warn anyone interested in purchasing them that the queue is backed up right now, although not as badly as the two previously mentioned coins.

oooh...i'm so excited...but oh so annoyed too!
I'm not gonna be here from the start, i'll be at work once the sale starts...I can only hope that some of my favourite sets are still available once i finish and get home xD

Tash (#71046) Don't buy 100 GP, 1 GP isn't a full buck but 99 cents, if you bought 100 GP you'd be about 1 USD short of the bonus tier with the egg. Buy 102 GP instead, that puts you just 98 cents over the 100 USD goal c:
And yes, as long as the total is above $100 USD's worth you could get the egg whether you spend it on GP or in the USD store :3

Tash (#71046) Money can be spend in the USD store or to buy GP, but all in all one egg costs $100 credit (aka $100 spent in either the USD shop or on buying GP) on the first day (Black Friday), $75 on the second day, $50 on the third day and $25 on the fourth day.
