As part of our Prediction Pool Party Event, I'd like to introduce some poolside entertainment!
The Rusted Rodeo!
The Rusted Breeding Coin queue is looking a little (well, a lot) bare! In fact, at the time of this news post, it is completely empty!
We decided we would have a little mini-event that will include artist created babies. You will not need to create predictions to get the perks of this event if you choose to use a Rusted Breeding Coin during one of the following days.
Submit a Rusted Breeding Coin on:
Tuesday, June 27: 50% chance of two site-created offspring instead of one. Both offspring will be trash hybrids and will be the same trash hybrid.
Wednesday, June 28: 50% chance of the offspring being recolored artist choice! This means the offspring will not reflect either of the parents! The offspring will still be a trash hybrid.
Thursday, June 29: Users can list 5 normal Hybrids in the notes. Users will have a 25% chance of the artist choosing one of those 5 hybrids for their offspring genus! Otherwise the offspring will be a trash hybrid, you must breed 2 pets together that make a trash hybrid or include a Hybrid Genetics Kit in case you do not roll a normal Hybrid (Hybrid Genetics Kit will be refunded if you roll a normal Hybrid and one is attached).
Friday, June 30: Users have a 10% chance their offspring will be a baby Hybrid of the artist's choice! If you use a Hybrid Genetics Kit you may choose the baby hybrid if your breeding rolls the 10% chance of a Baby Hybrid (if you do not roll a Baby Hybrid your Hybrid Genetics Kit will be refunded).
The Rusted Rodeo will end on Friday, June 30, 2017!
To celebrate the Rusted Rodeo taking place, Rusted Breeding Coins will be discounted by 50% in the Trash Shop starting today (at the posting of this news post) until 11:59 pm on June 30, 2017!

One more question about the 29th one, since we can list 5 hybrids, do we have to request which site pets we'd like used to create the hybrid?
Ex: A Blue Jay Reve and a Summer Sun Melo together for a Griffin?

AuraDragoness (#67654) - Unless you have the Hybrid Genetics Kit add-on applied to the breeding, you will have to use the normal pets that are used in making Trash Hybrids. :) The Thursday chance is just the chance at those pets rolling another type of hybrid.

AuraDragoness (#67654) - Ah no, on Thursday you can choose any hybrid, you just have to use the pets that you'd normally use with the RuBC unless you add a Hybrid Genetics kit.
Ex. You can request a Quetzal, but put in an Itoa and Corra and be okay on Thursday. But, you cannot put in a Melo and Reve and ask for one without the add-on.
Hybrid Genetic Kits are available from other players in the marketplace or from the USD shop :)

AuraDragoness (#67654) on Thursday you submit the RuBC like normal - pick two parents who make one of the trash hybrid genus or attach a hybrid genetics kit and request which one of the three you like. When you submit you have a 25% chance that you'll get a "special" breeding instead, which in case you do get the special you you pick 5 regular hybrids, and request them. The admin will do a roll and see if you are picked for one of the regular hybrids or not. (Does that make it a little more clear maybe?)
I know the HGKs are in the USD shop and user shops. I'm unsure if they are in another site location.

Daph (#318): The Rusted coins are indeed 50% off. They're usually 250k Trash Points each (225k with premium). The current price is still fairly high (at least imo) but it's half as much as it was before.

Ah, I think get it now. So without the kit I can only choose between the 3 RuBC hybrids but with it I can request any of the non RuBC hybrids?
The reason I put Melo and Reve as an example is because those two make up the griffin^^;

AuraDragoness (#67654) - Without the kit you cannot use any pets in the breeding that are not an Itoa, Serafex, Garu, Corra, Chorlu and Opterix. Normally the coin only allows you to only breed for RuBC hybrids, but on Thursday it will allow you to make a list of any hybrid available. You will only need the HGK if you plan to use a pet that is not used to make the normal RuBC hybrids. The HGK is not needed in order to breed for the hybrids, just if you're planning on using pets outside the normal use of the coin.

Little confusion here: is it saying I can breed 2 Oculi to get another Oculi, or is it saying I can breed a Garu & a Serafex to get a Oculi?
