Lady Serria (#5666), the item is "Birthday Rock", because May 2nd is Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson's birthday. :)
The item doesn't really have anything to do with Ludo except that 1) he's strong, and 2) it made Eve think of him. Haha. But Ludo is awesome. :)
