This is awesome! I myself am very open with the fact that I am on antidepressants and birth control, and the reasons why I need them. The reason being, if I can help one single person come to the decision to start taking the medication that they need in their life, but are afraid of what others will say, then Id say, its worth it. <3

What a good <3
The way my doctor puts it is my taking meds for mental health is the exact same sort of thing as his taking meds for his heart condition; you take them because it makes your quality of life better than it would be without them.
No matter what reason you have meds, though, getting into the routine of always taking them when you need to is a bit of a pain. Good luck to everyone who's struggling, you can do it! <3<3<3
