Chapter Two
Wave after wave of new soldiers were created - and devoured. Not even a crumb or stray gumdrop button could be found after Aketch had squared to the onslaught and eaten every morsel.
"He may as well stand with his mouth open and let them jump in!" The King exclaimed with fury. "All we seem to be doing is giving him what he wants with minimal effort on his part. How can we expect to wear him down?"
Ambriel paced, his tail flicking as he tried to come up with a solution. "Evren would have been better suited to this, majesty, warfare is her game - not mine."
The Kyre was at a loss - his skills rest solely in the creation and transformation of life. He could create whatever the king desired but he hadn't the knowledge to make it more effective than a continuing stream of fodder.
"If I had time perha-"
"Time? With every minute that passes he creeps further into the heart of the Holiday Lane as your ineffectual soldiers do nothing to hold him back!" Crumbs scattered over the table as the King's fist pounded onto it.
"Then send in the aerial reinforcements," Ambriel sighed, turning towards the window. It was throwing more food at the problem, but what other choice did they have?

Please be advised that as the majority of the holidays have passed, this chapter will not last as long as Chapter One!
We have also swapped out the USD SCC makers! You can find these makers in the USD shop, and they will be there until April 3rd at 11:59pm.

DrunkConquistador (#64472), if you made at least a Koaf and/or Footman, that WAS participating in Chapter One. Chapter Two is the Quetzal and Talin. And there very well may be a glitch, as the BINGO game - and some of the things to complete it, like the 100 Candy Cane space - have been buggy, so *shrug*.

Wait! Sorry to ping again, DrunkConquistador (#64472), but do you mean that you can't TURN IN the footman and/or koaf? THAT would be a glitch, too, I believe, as I can't get any more brown sugar, so I've just been doing footmen this afternoon and I'm turning them in okay...In fact, I JUST turned in a footman, to make sure it's accepting them, before I posted this.

yeah, but when i went to your link i'm pretty sure it said chapter 2 from the get go before i did 1? so i think chapter one, regarding bingo and participation-wise was shut down. or maybe i was supposed to have chapter 1 unlocked but it unlocked chapter 2 instead.. i just thought chapter one was unobtainable as there is a chapter 3 and why would the news say chapter two is going to be shorter than chapter one, if it were to include in being around when chapter 3 is up.... made it sound like you could only do a certain chapter during a certain duration. or maybe i was putting too much thought into the wording. i dunno *shrug*

no, i could turn in the gingerbreads! I just don't think turned in gingerbreads are counting for chapter 1 anymore? or something? i dunno. now i'm confused to what the glitch may be but i definitely experienced a glitch of some sort. not gonna think about it anymore though as now my brain hurts xD;

DrunkConquistador (#64472), I won't hurt you brain anymore then, but it DOES say Chapter Two up-top; I just assumed that since we can still turn in footmen and koafs, they'd count. But maybe I'm wrong on that. Perhaps ask an Admin when you feel like focusing on it again? And about your glitch, too.

I think I stand a quicker chance of catching a mod/admin here than via PM. I tried to purchase candy canes via the marketplace and encountered 3 bad transactions whereby I lost a grand total of 290 000 BP and 1 GP, with no candy canes credited to my account. Can an admin please help? I'm worried - probably wasn't wise for me to purchase the second and third round, but now I'm panicking a little. :(

You probably missed it, ShadowWolf (#45515), but the candy canes had to have been obtained AFTER Dec 23rd, so if you're buying them, you have to make sure of when they were originally obtained. I WOULD help you out, but I already traded mine to someone else who needed them...Hey! That's an idea -- try starting a trade with 100 of your candy canes, asking for 100 obtained after Dec 23rd. Someone else did that, I gave them my 100, and they were able to complete that square.

Tee Hi, thanks - but I was mostly aiming to collect as many candy canes to spend them in the seasonal shop rather than complete the square - I underwent emergency surgery right before Christmas so my presence on Aywas was rather sporadic last year. :(
But do you mean that I cannot get my BP or GP back? I didn't receive any of the candy canes that I've purchased, and yet my currency was deducted for the transactions.
