*Giggles* Guess what! These Mysterious Ores are definitely radioactive! I needed some help analyzing them so I met up with the Slashbot and with the help of Rorro (#33668) we were able to figure out that the mass amount of ore in one area is actually effecting my precious Radioactive Breeding Coins!
In fact... they seem to have called some new pets out of the Glowing Goo!
The Sarifome (inspired by Lavi-Dragon💜 (#18049)) and Squishy (inspired by cinna (catching up)(#36336)) will appear randomly from Radioactive Breeding Coins! Since these special creatures require radioactive energy, they will not be able to be summoned by any custom maker.! And it seems due to the power of the Uranium Ore that has been flying around, if you submit a breeding today (Until 11:59pm Dec 6th) you have double the chance of getting one!
Edit As a side note, this is NOT the only special RBC event going on this week. There will be more, so stock up on your RBC's!

Heeeey, I hope Querel doesn't mind me popping in here but I have great news! My Workshop is now open for business! If you collected your Wrapping Paper Kit from this months premium then bring it over and we can start wrapping presents! Right now we only have the Plain paper and the Holiday papers, later on I will be trying to find some special wraps for the rest of the year and of course Birthdays! Who doesn't like Birthday??

A few special notes about my Workshop though! You cannot send any items that have an "Open" type of function, you can send up to 8 gifts at a time, but the gifts are Account Bound! So they have to remain on the recipients account until they open them. I hope that you all enjoy wrapping presents with me! My workshop will be open all year round!

I am sorry! Someone just mentioned that to me. You see the first place I checked was deposit box because that made the most sense to me. And when I didn't see it in there I assumed it probably wouldn't be an inventory. Thank you so much for your help 🍬Kaiyo🎃 (#489)

DrunkConquistador (#64472) "Open"able ones aren't able to be gifted do to the script used to code those specific items if I recall correctly. It wouldn't work with the gifting and we couldn't come up with a safe solution to wrap them.
There is no difference in the wraps, just some are prettier than others. This is a permanent feature, as the news post states, and is not going to replace the Holiday Tree. But there has been several requests before for ways to wrap presents throughout the year so we made it possible now. You are always capable of gifting for free, this is just a nice way to surprise it, we cannot make everything free as right now BP is worth very little so we have to keep creating sinks and 100bp is not an outrageous amount when you can earn several hundred thousand in just a little adventuring in the right area.
The point of drains is to try to rebalance the economy, when there is too much of a currency it floods the site and devalues it so the prices of stuff goes up. So this is to help keep prices down, but unfortunately it has gone so long that it has become a much more difficult task than in previous years to help balance.
