I received notifications for two baskets, but they're not in my inventory. I've heard of people getting baskets refunded, but where do we report this?

I got a basket after the bug was fixed. It's in my inventory. Has anyone figured out what it's for yet? XD And also it took 5 minutes for my deposit box to load to get an item out for my cooking quest. XD

For people that got the basket before the bug was fixed, do they get the basket still or do they have to get another? And can you get more than one?
