Hey all,
Stepping up for Kaiyo (#489) right now (offline life is kicking her rump right now), because it seems in the rush of everything happening we forgot the Vion Planter.
It's now stocking in the GP Shop for 350 GP, and will be taken out approximately noon tomorrow.
I also must give you the 24 hour countdown to total Mayday PSD annihilation.
Unfortunately to stock in the new customs and PSDs we need to wipe out the old records, so if you have a pet from the last batch then please, please go and grab that PSD. If you've sold or gifted it please, please check with your friend/buyer that they have the PSD before they all disappear.
Other than that, Kaiyo will be getting to her PMs as best she can over the next couple of days and is apologising profusely that she's behind.

Alice {Candy!} (#66793) - Unfortunately every time new designs are put in the old PSDs get deleted. Yours must have been from a previous set =( If you know the artist they may still have it, and if not then you may be able to get a blank version from someone who also owns the lines. I'm sorry you missed getting your PSD, and good luck in your search for it!

Eve, you don't have to expend so much effort trying to defend yourself.
A "thank you for your comments, we'll take them into consideration for the future" will suffice...getting a little too personal isn't very good for professionalism.
I understand you're attempting to be "close" and "personal" with users, but the end effect is more like you're venting at us...

I wasn't aware that I was, nor needed, to defend myself. I was merely explaining that it's often very difficult to please everyone as there is always going to be something about a person that can be found to be irksome that others would not otherwise consider at all.

Just popping in to say that while I'm ambivalent about the gifs for the most part, the risk of companies like Disney who have been known to go after smaller groups that use their materials (because let's be honest! US justice system runs better for whoever can pay more, so if aywas gets involved in any kind of legality issues with a giant like Disney, we're going to lose) it seems that it would be prudent to avoid them just because of the risk that is involved, no matter how small that risk may seem.

This is getting out of hand, so now I'm going to step in. Everyone needs to stop. The news posts aren't a place for arguing and flaming. You're allowed to have your opinions, but this is getting extremely off-topic and hostile. Keep your comments relative to the information posted in the news post and not how much you hate or like the gifs. As the ToS states:
- Do not harass a user through PM or any other system
- treat all users with respect on all areas of the Aywas.com site
Any further comments that derail from the original topic of the news post will be met with an official warning.

It wasn't a "sorry not sorry" - it was more that while I will take into consideration that some don't like gifs, or would like less, I'm also not going to beat myself up if I use them to exaggerate or draw attention to a point because it seemed appropriate at the time. Just as I now ignore comments and messages telling me off for using British English, smiley faces, too many paragraphs, not enough paragraphs, too many images, and not enough images. For seeming too cold and too stern, for being too unprofessional in my replies when I try to be more accessible, for being aloof and unreachable in my replies when I go back to replying as I used to.
It's been a long road to realising that whatever I do will not gel with some people, and in the end as long as I'm doing the best I can at that moment then I really can't offer more of myself, nor should I spend time beating myself up over it - after all I have plenty of people who would gladly take up the flagellation for me XD;
