Good Evening Folks! I am sure by now many of you have noticed the high tier Raffles we have going on, so first a bit of information about them!
You know the Star Ticket you've been holding onto from the Lunar Meteor's Museum Collection? That is the currency for these raffles! The raffles will last until Monday, we will draw them at the same time as the Raffle Crystal, so try to get all of your tickets submitted before Aywas Noon on Monday just to be safe.
Onto something just as fun, the Magic Custom Trove has been added as a permanent stock to the GP Shop! You can find it stocking at a whopping 300gp, and we do not plan on removing it. We kept the price high, since we know quite a few users bought it during the holiday months and we don't want those users to feel ripped off. So get saving those GP's and go breed an alt Hybrid!
While we are speaking about Alt Lines, I would like to announce that Common Alt Lines are now Acceptable for site pets! So feel free to make all of those wonderful Alts for Pet Submissions or Shop Submissions! Just as a note, please remember that they are still not MBC or LBC Compatible with the original lines and any breedings submitted that do not have the same line sets will be refunded. (This does not include rares or alts that require a special custom maker)
And onto a bit more of a serious matter....
Several of our breeding queues are empty!
To combat this, until Monday you will be able to buy a Sketch Breeding Coin for $10, and so those beautiful sketches do not go to waste I am also putting the Sketch SCC Pack on sale for $35!
To keep with the sale prices, the Sketch Breeding Talisman is $28!
We have also made a new package, the Painted Metal Pack! This colorful pack will be in stock until Monday and is the same price as a Painted Metal Breeding Coin, however it comes with a free Painted Twins!

Dragon lotus will allow you to breed a Vion and Finn together to breed a Violinn.
Scaled Seed will allow you to upload a 50% edited Custom Violinn.
A Finn egg will allow you to upload a 50% edited Finn.
And Bottled starlight will allow you to upload a 50% edited custom Lunaris.

If you mean 'Does using an alt line parent change the outcome on a hybrid breeding?' the answer is no. If you bred an alt melo with a soli, it'd still be a quetzal. The only change that might happen is if there's minimal edits between the parents and the artist needs to take base edits (meaning features of the default pet), to reach the edit goal.
So, for example, if you bred a sitting alt. melo with a soli and neither had any edits, you could end up with a quetzal that had some kind of leg pose change, or the tail curled more or some combination of various base edits.
But in general, using alt. line parents will not affect the outcome of the offspring.

If you have empty breeding queues, maybe ask those folks to work on the ones that are backed up? According to the Breeding Status page, some of those people are still waiting for breedings submitted in 2012 and 2013... that can't possibly be right? XD But if it is, I mean... working on that would be a more worthwhile use than trying to fill the queues that are empty. ^_^

Astra (#16365) HLBC is now predict only and 2013 is the date when site artists got their last HLBC breedings. As for PBC... There's too much breedings in queue compared to artists so it creates is a backlog. But you can't move say, RBC artist to PBC team cause they can only do RBC breedings not PBC where you have to create a whole pet from a scratch... Same with other coins. You can't just move artists around from one team to another.

aw butts, I have a bunch of PMBCs I want to use, but I only have plans for Teos with them and I don't have any way to get painted golds at the moment! Whenever I can get my hands on some of those, tho... I will be able to assist the queue a lil bit ;p

I am relatively new here and have no idea what any of the prizes are/do!
Can anybody enlighten me? What is a Dragon Lotus, or a Scaled Seed, a Finn Egg or Bottled Starlight?
