It's pretty standard practice for a company's contract, really. (non-compete clause)

If it is changed, there are a few colors I will be making in the new form. Some of them will be really awesome looking. Then softer colors like the pink/yellow will be better looking cutesy-ish.

Yeah, if I had the choice and I was in charge of that company I wouldn't want other businesses having the same style of art as mine had :9

Slash - I hope that if you've paid them they will be returning any funds for the work they won't be completing or handing over. It sucks this has happened to you, and Aywas, but I hope it means it's opened some doors for the artist. A success story is still a success story - even if it has a few unfair repercussions for the site ^^
I think the reason we're discussing it seriously is because it's a change that effects us all. We'll be looking at them every time we're in explore, or our lairs - sometimes there isn't a simple yes or no answer to questions ^^
That, and humans love to explain themselves :3
