Story Game has officially begun!
The starting post was kept very vague because I want to give you the opportunity to create the settings of the story! This week I would like to see some entries with descriptions of our hero and the world he's traveling in! You do not have to try to build the entire story in your entry, feel free to leave some details open for next week's writers to weave!
Don't forget that the first winner will be drawn on April 24th, 2016 and will receive a
Hybrid Custom Crystal

When they start vague, it can be any idea in your mind! The only time it will have to stay Aywas-based is if it starts out with Aywas aspects. c:
I don't think I'll be limiting them to the Aywas world most of the time, unless users decide to go that direction. I'll stuff that in the KB. <3

A little thing that bugs me a bit: Near the end of the given story snippet, it switches from past tense to present tense. I don't know if that was intentional, but it seems like a mishap. Just a pet peeve is all ;u;

This is going to be an adventure for me, considering I'm terrible at writing short stories. I was up to about 600 words before I realized I went way too overboard, and then tried to smash it into a small, transitioning intro. ;-;
But, hey, if it gets the writing community to come back to life, have all the terrible paragraphs of mine! x3

It's all good <3 I appreciate your hard work to help bring the feature back. Tense changes aren't a big deal, it's just something I tend to notice more often that others^^ It's a great paragraph tho, don't be too hard on it! It has lots of potential for continuation.

I'm a little confused on the wording of the story game page versus the knowledge base article. On the story game page it states, "Please limit yourself to 250-300 words" which seems to suggest that those are the upper limits. In the knowledge base article, however, it states, "All entries must be between 250-300 words in length" which implies that 250 words in the minimum length required. Could this be clarified a little? Is there a hard minimum word length?

Has something happened to news notifications? The last couple did not show up when they were posted. I only saw there was news when I was looking at the welcome back page at new pets.
