We would like to apologize for the delay of certain site features, we are trying to pull ourselves back together so here are a few brief updates!
Raffle Crystal and Trivia have both fallen quite the ways behind, Trivia has been updated (see the bottom of this post), however Raffle Crystal is being a bit uncooperative and we hope to have this fixed up in the next few days.
Contributor thread is behind several months, this is because we are having some problems with promotions sticking, nobody wants to get their purple and then lose it, so we are trying to get this under control unfortunately our coder is busy with some important back end subjects.
We know that you were promised a St. Patrick's day event, however due to some technical difficulties this didn't happen. We are planning something small in the near future to try to make up for this :(
We are planning several specialties for Easter, these news posts should come later on or tonight, expect a lot of contests so get your colorin tools ready!
The new SCC Feature is almost complete, however we know a lot of you have been waiting for responses regarding your Site SCC Commission, so if you are one of these users or artists please contact Eveglori (#2775) or Kaiyo (#489) with the URL to your PMs you had with Eri (#17) and with your artists, whether you sent your Silver Crystal to Eri (#17) already, and we will work with you to finalize your commissions!

That's a little better. If we could have updates on what's happening on the back end and not broken promises I'd feel a lot more secure. Can we also tackle the issue of Slash being missing and breedings being backed up? It shouldn't just be left to him when I am sure he has RL stuff to do too. So help there would be handy. Thank you for answering. - L

If your breedings are assigned for more than 30 days, you can PM Mauri so she can help you figure out why the breeding is behind.
It is also helpful to let Mauri know which coins/items are having delays so she can look into it.
Slash is not missing, however. He does, indeed, have offline things to do, but we're aware of where he is and we're in touch with him regularly.

Presumably this would include site SCC commissions to the official site artist from forever ago that I almost forgot about and were originally sent to Slash and then also sent to Eri? (Looking at the timestamps, this was originally from 2010 and then passed along in 2012...Wait, it's 2016... Am I actually that terrible at keeping track of time? Wow.)

Thanks for thse updates, as I have expereince in IT and coding work from RL I can just state that "Its just a small update" is soemthing that can throw a coder really up. I have seen myself how seemingly small things caused sever issues as tehy just tetacled arodun teh coding and clashed with suff one had never thought about they could....

There have been quite a few overdue projects that users asked for that we have made excellent progress fixing/updating. Yasu can only do so many things at one time when users are requesting features that require coding. The Snoodle Box is not receiving any more special treatment than other features. Just because we don't announce what we are working on daily does not mean that things aren't being done! c: In fact, there are only two staff members working on Snoodles, as far as I'm aware. The rest of us are working on numerous other issues, some are tackling more than one project at a time. Slashbot events are being caught up and processed in a very timely manner by Kaiyo and Kagemi. Chelle is working on compiling all of the Scav PSDs that are lost/buried/missing that users wanted. Kousei keeps up with pet submissions so everyone can have adventure pets. Kyu and Mauri are working some kinks out of the Standing Stones, and Kyu has been working on issuing missed payments/trophies for old high scores. I could honestly keep going to name off what each of the rest of us are doing that isn't "secret" right now, but this is already a massively long news comment. You're welcome to PM me if you have concerns about any issues, I would be more than happy to answer what I can, but I assure you that things are very much being worked on as fast as humanly possible!
