Oh, I agree. You need to keep track of so many things in your HTML code, it's easy to mess up with one thing, and *everything* is important.
Various users try to help out each others in the thread and catch errors if they see them, but things still slip by. Especially with the PSD-files.

BTW, I normally split my folder-less PSD-files up into male, female and unisex (3 different files), because, as you mention.... They get really confusing really fast. I always feel so bad for the users that has to use the versions without folders.

Gwennafran (#22320) I just noticed, is it ever a weird feeling to see two of your sets in the same round? Like, does it make you feel weird when one's much more popular than the other, or if they're both pretty even in votes, or what? :o

Such a hard choice between the Valkyrie-ish one and the demon one @_@

Haha, not really. Part of the fun for me, is to see if I can improve a set that didn't win, so it ends up with more votes than the previous run. Basically, I use the contest as a way to practice doing good HA sets that people like. But when I also produce new things, it easily means several sets I want to have a go at the contest. So I've had plenty of times to get used to having two sets running.
I also quite often do stuff I know won't win, just because I feel like doing it. Then the excitement for me is to see if it scores more votes than I think it will. The pyjamas set started out like that, but grew much better after I added the background for a second go. ;)

I only ever submit two sets, though. And Eve knows she's welcome to take one of my sets out without me being upset, if more than 10 sets is submitted. I don't want to take a voting spot from someone else with my double submissions.
Every so often, I'll run out of sets I want to try with, or do something particularly nice with a new set, and then I'll just submit one set.

Usually one of my sets always do better than the other. I sometimes can be a bit "but why" if the set I like is the one that does badly, but then... I often like things that isn't super popular among the Aywas mainstream (the troll set and the demonic parasite set are good examples on that).
Luckily, I can sell off a lot of my bases that don't win, and use those GP to fund making items for my shop, even if they are among the less popular variety. For instance, the pyjamas set obviously isn't going to win in it's current form, and I've already modified it once with the added background, so that one probably will go up for auction soon.
