Have you had your fill of pink sweet nothings yet? I sure hope not, because we have a fun new feature to introduce, a Seasonal Shop to open, and new alternate linearts to color!
I want to start things off with our brand new Card Designer, which was gloriously envisioned and created by my programmer Valentine, Yasu. <3
You created beautiful stationery and we put it into a card generator that allows you to customize personal cards with a unique message. Play with different fonts, colors, mix-and-match frame/background combos, and even involve your HA and active pet in the shenanigans!

This feature is best understood as you play around with it, but there are a few things I want to point out before sending you off to be all crafty. No running with scissors!
Here's the basics:
most importantly, to create one of these cards, you will need the Handmade Love Letter item. These are stocking in the BP Shop for 500 BP (and pictured above). you do NOT receive points for sending/receiving Handmade Love Letter items or cards; since this is the first iteration of the feature, it's just for fun--and trust me, it got addicting during testing. the text on the card can be moved around; simply hover over it and drag it around to the perfect spot. HAs and pets have pre-defined positions that are unique to the background you select. once you put in a recipient ID, their HA/pet will become options to add to the card. the ToS still applies to any and all messages.
So, without further ado, why don't you try creating a card here?
I'd love your feedback on the card designer! We know this feature is a tad late for the lovey-dovey holiday, but our love fest always lasts the entire month of February and we thought this was a great opportunity to have you guys play around with it. If you enjoy this feature, we will utilize it for various holidays and special events throughout the year. :)

these are so heckin fun, i think the only thing i would change would be being able to resize text would be nifty to add in the future!!! :o its so fun, this is SUCH a great idea and is gonna make quieter holidays even more fun! (like aymas is very gift-givey of course, but having a fun card maker to play around with and increase letter personalisation is gonna be GREAT. maybe even for st patricks day and 4th of july and other stuff that might be celebrated on aywas? oooh, spooky cards for halloween too.........) im so excited oops

ALSO i seriously love that we can include the recipients pets in the card, like from our main pet to their main pet, or avatars, or both. what an absolutely great feature!!!

I like this but I think maybe the pet image size should be smaller on the card? They block out the Human Avatars if you wanted to have both!

I agree with many of the comments above: I think the pet at full size looks too big compared to the avatar (which was why I only used the pet in my mockups in the submissions thread). I also agree it would be neat to be able to change the text size, maybe have 3 sizes to choose from? And I'm also thinking it'd be logical to have a general card item to buy in order to send a card and not a specific one for each holiday/event/season?
Oh and I AM hoping my chocolate borders will be added. *loves chocolate* (I guess they could be resubmitted for easter but since I wrote valentine on the border I'd have to go back and change that, and reapply that piece to the borders and yadayadayada... too much work lol)

Will we be able to use these (specifically the Valentine cards) year round? I don't want to go crazy buying if its gonna retire :3

Eri & Dew (#17) the problem I'm having with the feature is the words on the message are really hard to read with some background. Like the rainbow or space one, it's difficult to see the text and the shadow does not help much. Maybe if there was an outline or glow option... something that makes it stand out more it would be easier to read. A friend sent me one with light pink text on a pink card with a white shadow and I can't read the text at all... I know they meant it to be pretty but .. it just does not work well that they are so hard to read.
