The Sketch Breeding Coin will produce one unbreedable offspring that's a sketched unique pet based off the parents. The pet can later be finished by you or your hired artist to create a full breedable SCC!
The Sketch Breeding Coin has been released!
It comes with a Knowledge Base entry for any questions you might have, as well as to view the artists who were accepted onto the team.
The Sketch Breeding Coin stocks in the USD Shop for $15.00. However, it comes with a built in BP sink:
The Sketch SCC Pen is an SCC maker that stocks in the BP Shop for 50,000,000 BP and allows you to upload a finished version (line, shade, highlight, color) of any sketch you get from the coin. That way, if you like the SCC sketch you got from your breeding, you can get it made into a full, breedable SCC while using only BP.
Use the Derpy Dragon add-on (or a married pair) with your Sketch breeding if you want to get a second sketch (identical to the first) added. That way, you can purchase two Sketch SCC Pens and make your new species "founded."

I want them :D the pen for them is a bit much since I personal have never had 50m bp in my account.lol but lose coins are epic and needs one.

I love the concept, but this seems like it's going to be much more expensive than just using a PBC+Life Seed or getting predicts... $15 for the coin, add a derpy dragon (20mil BP/20GP in shops right now), add 100mil BP for the 2 pens needed to create the breedable species, PLUS whatever it costs you to commission an artist to actually finish the sketch and color 2 founders. At that point I think it would be easier/cheaper to just commission an artist for predicts. Don't get me wrong, I want to use a bunch of these, but the cost to get them from sketch to something established is going to be incredible

I saw the notification of a new post... and was disappointed that it was another USD item with a big BP sink... not the Halloween event post we've been waiting for weeks to get.... and the news of another BP Sink when there is one going that the Knowledge Base for it isn't even being updated is disheartening...

Same as with RaeBeeKelly - would you perhaps be taking more artists up in the future? I definitely do want to join in and would love to resubmit an app since i know what level of cleanliness you were looking for
also in addition, may i ask - are we allowed to edit the sketch we get from the coin when we submit in a pen? in example, if the artist gave me the sketch, but I wanted to remove a certain accessory or add a certain accessory, am i allowed to do so while fixing it up and submitting? whats like... the allowance for edits from the sketch itself to the thing we submit through the pen if ever then? ;w;;; ty!
