Site Update
The foxes have gotten a foxy upgrade! When submitting to the Faux Box feature, you are now permitted to select one of your designs as an "auto-claim" in exchange for your submission.
This means that players can freely commission Faux sets and have one designed for themselves and claim that design when submitting it to the box. It also means that artists no longer have to stalk the upload times to make sure they get the one they want from their own set. Just submit, select your design to claim, and send it off!
Note that if you select a design to claim, you will not receive a Fox in the Box. The auto-claim is considered the reward for the submission.
In addition, submissions can now be rejected with a rejection reason. This means that if your Faux submission is rejected you'll know what to fix.
To celebrate the auto-claim feature, we are opening the Faux species up for artist commissions without a Commissions panel fee for one week.
In other words, if you are an artist, you can freely take Faux set commissions through PayPal without having to pay a fee to Aywas through the Commissions feature. Just open a thread and take commissions to your heart's content. Make sure that you stop taking these commissions by 11:59 PM on September 23rd, and that you complete the commissions you take within a one month period, though!
Enjoy!

Bah. I really didn't support this being added but I guess I was outvoted. Grats to those who will benefit.

JAK (#15) does the 18 and up rule that apply to commission boards still apply to these commission threads? :'D

Question: Do you need commissions to submit Faux sets? And if not, do you need PayPal for simple submissions? (I ask because I would like to try submitting a few things in the future, but though I have a PayPal. I have long since given up on trying to get it to work).

If only this was done before it took days to review the round of fauxes mine was in ... if only it was done before I had to leave for most of the week out of town with no net access before those fauxes went into the box .... if only this happened before I wanted to cry for a little while ...... and I must be totally spaced still b/c I submitted a set I'd had in waiting and didn't see the claim feature. Aah well ... stalking and praying for me again ..... All that said though, truly, thank you so much for the claim feature. It's badly needed. It will save people from feeling like I feel right now, and that's always a wonderful thing. Hope to use it in the future, so very very glad it's here.
