Please review the TOS to see new changes added to it. Among the changes are that now NO-CHATSPEAK is enforced, sales transactions are enforced (such as Autobuy and End of Auction sales), and NO CONCEALING INFORMATION in sales is now enforced, but it's mostly just reiterating a lot of stuff from forum rules and breeding/sales rules in one place.
The GP Shop discount rule means that you cannot use the forums to solicit these activities, but you are free to do what you want with your money/items in private.
