Moderator applications are open! Moderators are the backbone of the website and help organize events, compile information, and assist admins with tasks. If you have ever wanted to help keep Aywas running smoothly, then a moderator application is for you!
Please note that the e-mail to send applications to has been changed. If you have applied before, please do so again (though note some parts of the app have changed) so that the admin team can review your application together. A team of five admins are reviewing applications this round!
We want to hire a lot of new moderators to distribute tasks to and get things running faster and smoother. We need your help to do so, though, so please don't hesitate to apply!

Is there a possibility for non-mod admin roles? I am absolute balls at people interaction and dealing with conflict freaks me out, but I'm super good at organising things/system analysis/general admin stuff. :)

I have a question.
So, basically if you ave more than 1 person in an account i understand that all have to agree to be Mods otherwise someone(s) will have to move in the case that one(or more) of the lairies are accepted. So, does that mean that EACH INDIVIDUAL person(s) will have to send in an application? Since, the account becomes the moderator and everyone in the account is one. Ping/PM a reply?

Yeah that's it. They can't extend moderator powers to someone who didn't go through the application process (for obvious reasons :P). So either all persons on an account have to be staff, or either has to move out if one of you does get chosen to be mod, but the other not.
I guess you can try and are free to decline if your prefer staying together in one account over being mod if one of you doesn't make it in? I'm pretty sure theyll understand that?

So, in theory (or in fact? XD, im so weird :3), ALL person(s) in an account has to send in an application and ALL person(s) have to be accepted in order for the account to be deemed "Moderator". Either that or the accepted applicants have to either move for their "Moderator status" to be activated or decline?
(Thanks so much by the way, you have very good explanation skills ^O^. Hopefully this doesn't take "points" off my applications...XD i didn't see anything about it so..ahahha)

Well you don't have to all send in an application, but the consequence would automatically be that at least one person has to move if anyone from that account gets picked to be mod and accepts the position.
If people (however much) want to stay together in one account, they would either all have to be mods or all just normal players.
I think it shouldn't matter on the application judgements as long as you realize they might request a move out for either you or your lair partner(s) if they would want to extend the position to you or anyone on your account. If you or both of you are going to try, good luck! :3
