All the stragglers are in! Who's ready for the second half of July's content?
Breeding Season is upon us, and with it comes two new hybrids! Say hello to the Eudico (Linorm x Kernal) and the Carid (Insi x Gael)!
Breeding Coins are stocking in the GP Shop and the USD Shop/Purchase GP page has some bonuses to go along with it!
The Collect Bonus page is featuring some very nice Breeding Season items for those of you banking your bonus money!

Who thinks the Jeweled Rare Crystal has a Pepperly base too? You would be... right!
You've been looking forward to that new Rock Custom Crystal base, haven't you? Unfortunately, we are sad to announce that Osiem has left the RCC position, and as a result, the Rock Custom Crystal will not be having any further bases after this month's.
As a result, we have decided to open the item up to making any base that was provided for it in the past. It will continue to stock in the BP Shop but no new bases will be added any further.
The Premium Item for this month is the Rock Custom Crystal so you can celebrate its long lifespan with a custom of your own!
Everything's kind of running behind as a number of admins are occupied with real life, but we hope to get the following resolved during the month of July:
- remaining Scavenger Hunt prizes
- a new admin hired to aid Eri with Slashbot slots (from what I hear, she is training the person now!)
- update the newest genuses with their natural Adventure hidden item ability
- ID resurrectors reopened with some backend coding changes

Going to miss Osiem's RCCs, but kinda glad that the old bases are opened again. I missed so many of them. Beautiful jeweled bases this month, fantastic work pepperly! -n

Fiiiinx! The finx the finx the finx! I'd been almost dreading the time when someone made the base for the jeweled crystal, but it is SO ADORABLE and I love it. I literally squeed out loud when I saw it. Thank you, Pepperly, for making such pretty pretties! Sad sad news about Osiem and the RCC though. :c Hugs to you!

If you even read osiem's blog he/she isn't fed up with just the orbweaver drama. And really, if you make a similar sketch to something you did awhile ago, how is it wrong to point out it looks similar? I'm not saying the base looks bad, it's great, but creativity isn't just making the same thing over. I'm guessing if this is his/her last base, might have just not tried too much. In fact, the shaded one now is vastly different than the sketch, which means people's opinions about the base were valid enough for it to be changed.

Oh noooo Please say it is Not so.. But after such a Hard fight to get Made the Rock monster base..will never become a real pet.. 3 my heart is so broken now :( the poor guy who fought almost from the start ..is just a sketch :( Epic sad day

Hikaru (#15577) I agree. Not to mention some people were being too whiny instead of appreciating the bases and kept comparing it to the orbweaver.
It's funny though how I never knew that Osiem was the one to make all of those pretty bases but now that I know it makes a lot of more sense, the beautiful art and the shadings. I'm really sad that that she left but at least she was kind enough to finish this last one before going. T^T
