You may have noticed that pets can now have their personalities set. The words provided are there for you to describe your pets! Any pet that you currently own can be custom set by you, but if you check out the pet-creating features, new pets come with their own personality for you to build off!
The Personality Potion items are coming tomorrow. C: For now, enjoy having fun with your three words per pet!

What makes you think it's going to be so hard? Wait until the items are released into the shops and working before complaining so you can have a whole picture of the feature...

Can't we just make this whole thing Optional? It would be so much better if you could just pick if you wanted to use it or not. Personally, I think it's a unique and original idea, honestly, but...as it's slapped right under their gender/species, it's not as easy to ignore as it is on pokemon games or something.
How this feature currently is now..I don't like it at all. I wish I could just choose to not participate in it, but no one gave me that choice, and to avoid it in the future, I must never get a new pet if I don't want any pets who have these.
Please consider letting the users choose if they want to use it or not. It'd make the whole thing much more enjoyable for the whole site.

Also, I agree wholeheartedly with Amity; I think you should be able to change them OR even remove them any time you want without having to use any items.
Random ("Natural" ones) are fine if you /want/ to have a personality tossed at you to 'work with', but that hella expensive Personality Potion should let you write your /own/ words, since it costs so damn much-- not just allow you to pick which ones you want from the list, if you mess up on one or get a pet who has them Pre-Set.
Just..please please consider the option of letting users choose if they /want/ to use this Feature or not. I'm sure many, including myself, would really appreciate it. x3
...Oh, and if your News comment is 'too long', it gives you an error message and tells you to shorten it, but deletes the longass comment you spent typing up so you have to redo it. Halp plz?

Also, I don't see how I was complaining, just by stating my opinion and requesting that you /consider/ making this new 'feature' Optional, so people who don't want to use it aren't forced to. I personally dislike it because I don't think you should /have/ to use this if you don't want to, nor should you have to pay to change three bogus words on new pets, or old pets you buy who have already had theirs Set. I was asking you to consider letting people pick, rather than making it default for every single pet on the site when their owners may not want that to happen to them. I think that, by not letting people at least choose if they want to use it or not, this will be a change for the worse rather than the better. This is just my opinion. If people could choose to get rid of it on their own pets if they preferred, I think it would be a unique addition to the site, and a fun option for users to to participate in, if that user /wanted/ to do so. I hope that makes sense.

Love it. :D But could we replace the extra "vindictive" on the word list with something like "endearing" or "lovable"? Or some other word, but I noticed a distinct lack of lovableness. lol

Awesome. Now, this may be a stupid question, but where do you go to find the box that you check off to make new pets you catch in the wild come with their own randomly generated personalities? Is it under pet settings? Because it still won't let me click on it, so if it is then I'll just have to give them all my own traits.

Honestly, I find it disappointing that I may breed a babby (or buy a pet whose Personality was already set by someone else) that I have specific plans for (or just want to work on from scratch) and I'm stuck with some junk like "Friendly, Grumpy and Flirty".
What the hell? Not only do half of the personality traits in the list contradict each other and look stupid when thrown together, but..what if I don't like /any/ of those? Will you add more with user requests? And if so, what about the people who already picked a word for their pet, but like this new one tons more because it fits the pet so much better?
I'll be Random Personality Potion'ing them for ages to get exactly what I want, when, in reality, I /can't/ get what I want, because what I want is to simply /remove/ it from my pets entirely.
