Its a great feature, but they should be organized alphabetically. Its way too confusing right now so I can't use it yet. 3:

It's kind of dumb that I messed up Audrey's personality traits on accident and now I have to buy an item to change them...

I really think that they should be able to be changed, at any time, without needing to use an item. The items could be used for submitting your own words, or randomizing all the traits, or something rather than changing them. I agree it will be annoying when new pets have randomized personalities that don't suit the character I want for them at all. And what about when you buy other people's pets? Do you get the personality they set for them?
I think that this is a fantastic idea, but it really should be easier to change them. People make mistakes, change their characters, sell pets. When I get new pets I want to be able to make their personalities suit their characters, rather than have them come with predetermined, randomized personalities.

To clear something up, when I said "Is there any way to get rid of this?" I did of course mean, for each individual user-- I wasn't asking if there was any way to remove it from the site entirely. xD
I think this would be ten times better if there was a User/Pet Settings option that let you toggle it on or off.
Mostly, I just dislike how it has been forced upon everyone. Cooking wasn't. Gardening wasn't. Even Battling pets and Exploring wasn't. So I think this would be tons better if you didn't /have/ to use it if you don't want to.

I mean..okay, my old pets, I can just avoid touching theirs at all. I refuse to, because, through role playing, my pets-- no, my /characters/ that I've made them into, will grow and change.
I've had total badasses become affectionate and compassionate to those they've grown attached to and grew to care about; thus, Setting the personality and not being able to ever Change it is..rather disheartening, really.
Should I really have to restock items to change it /randomly/ until I get something I like? Or worse, buy a 2mil item (more expensive than many custom crystals) to change three little words to what I've decided that I want them to be?

Again, the pets I already own are not a /huge/ issue, since I can just avoid that and leave them forever blank. That's not my problem. It's that now, /every/ new pet I get, will have its personality set in stone unless I /pay/ to change it. This isn't as simple as buying a 5k gender potion to change the sex of your pet-- this is much more complex and a lot more expensive unless you want it Randomized.
