The Easter Painter has opened its doors!
Use the assorted dyes you've been collecting from Adventure to create a batch of colorful pets; there are ten to make, each with a different recipe. Each pet requires one blank egg and a variety of dyes (hint: hover over the dye to see how many you need!).
But what is this large Blank Egg I need?
Well, you need something to put your dye on, now don't you? :3
These are common and now obtainable through things like cooking, bones, etc. You'll find them in Adventure between the Bridge and Rainforest locations as well.
I've also tossed them in the Seasonal Shop for 25k.
The dyes will remain findable through May 31st at 11:59 p.m. and the Easter Painter will be closing up after June 1st at 11:59 p.m. If you're overflowing in dye, keep an eye out for some raffles this weekend. *wink*
We're finishing up some item functionality for a few goodies in the Seasonal Shop, but you can get a sneak peek at the things we'll have by spying on the Aywapedia and Item Database.

Wow. Note to self. Read whole news post before rushing off into things. I saw the word seasonal shop and something in it only to go and see the blank egg as mentioned, before all blank, single AND lonely in the seasonal shop. But the last sentence of this post clears things up. And I looked in the item database and I'm very excited :D The food items look yummy (and I welcome any Italian {food or otherwise} based item with open arms, so much Irish stuff, (My ancestors and) I was(/were) gettin' jelly lol).
I'm also excited for the fauna. cutie patooties :D
I have no idea what the first two things are so I'm curious.
And finally, idk how to find newest additions to the aywapedia (welcome back has all painter things) so if by look at the aywapedia meant there will be seasonal shop pets that would be fun stuff! I'd probably hoard those pets instead of the dye one and make some dye ones for myself and eagerly wait for the raffles this weekend with my excess... I have a lot of dye... a lot... >_>
tl;dr - I..I'm excited ?!? 8'D;
and on a side note, I found mysterious baskets (around 4) in my inventory today. I have no idea what those are. They sure look easter-y... I'll have to item database them..

Tequila Mockingbird (#64472) You got those baskets while adding something into the Egg Field, but the notice is so unnoticable that you probably missed it every time.
Also, if you sort by newest and scroll past the 30 Sevryns.... you should be able to find the new pets.
I am happy this opened but so very much NOT HAPPY that my Aywapedia is now full with Sevryns I can't TGR and pets I can't get any other way. Glittering Slab slots are all messed up now... Hopefully everything will get added before next reset.
