If you weren't aware, the Knowledge Base article has a link to the PSD for all of the unlocked bases, so you can fetch them from there.

I'm pretty sure this event is here to DRAIN out the BP in the economy. I dont believe that the main shop prices are going to go down, but possibly the BP prices from the user shop will? im not sure. The overall idea is that the less BP though, the higher it's value. Im pretty sure the event was made cause theres too much bp in the system. (I know directly before the event BP to GP was normal to be aroud 750k = 1, but with this, I've seen 500k=1 possibly even lower.)
