I believe the Real life Help and Advice thread is the right place to ask. If you're going to ask for money, you'll need some place to take it, like a paypal as well. And its always better to have a number in mind when asking for handouts. It makes people feel like you've done your research, and not just begging.

I have a gofundme account setup, has been for months, and the info is on my about me page and my signature. I did not know about a real life help area. Thanks.

Looking at your gofundme page, there's a few issues. First, you are asking for help to bury your husband, but he's already been buried. you want to dig him up and move him to a sentimental location. That's clearly different than what you're asking help for. Secondly, as i mentioned, people like to see that you've done your research on how much you need. Your stated goal is $10,000 and even on your gofundme page, that's admitted as just a wild guess because you -haven't- done the research into what it would cost to move him. I strongly advise you find the cemetery you would want him buried at, ask them what it would take to buy the cemetery plot, and re-bury someone there. Then find out how much it would cost to dig up and move his body (be careful with this, many delivery and shipping companies won't deal in human remains. Don't just assume any shipping company will do it.)

The more you express an air of dutiful work and diligence on what you need, the more likely you are to get help.

He isn't buried! I don't even have his ashes yet because I can't afford to pay the cremation fee!

:( I wish I could've helped, animals are my passion. But sadly some family issues are preventing any flow of money. Maybe next year.

I am SERIOUSLY glad we helped fund this project.Their is way to little is given to animals not seen as 'classic pets' (dog, cat, barnyard). leaving the exotic animals who can sometimes cost TWICE as much in upkeep as a large breed dog out of luck. Im glad these guys are able to get the care they rightly deserve.

BUT I do have a question. Since we raised more then $2,000 and their seems to be a running tie that's lasted over 2 days between Idolia and Achae if we could get both baby's plus the Velox. Its been neck and neck one skipping ahead of the other by mere points (no more then 5) for the past near 2 days.
